Superb villa with pool and sea view in Agay

This beautiful villa welcomes you in a peaceful and magical setting, with stunning views of the bay of Agay.
It can accommodate up to 10 people with every comfort, a beautiful private pool and a large garden
It consists of a hall, a large living room with table and chairs for indoor meals, a large fully equipped kitchen (American fridge + freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a sitting area with sofas, armchairs, TV and internet.
For the "night" side, there is a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a private bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, a third bedroom with a very large double bed 180x200 and a fourth bedroom with a double bed 140x190.

The last two bedrooms share a shower room with toilet.
On the air-conditioned mezzanine, above the living room, there are two more single beds.
Outside, everything is furnished for your comfort, with sunbathing around the beautiful swimming pool
sunbeds around the beautiful pool, parasols, a nice garden furniture, tables and chairs for cosy meals, and a barbecue.
The garden is spacious and green, and a private staircase allows you to start the descent to the beach and shops (about 10 minutes on foot).
In Agay you will find all the little shops, restaurants and snack bars, and several beautiful sandy beaches.
