A beautiful covered terrace invites meals with a large plancha, and you will appreciate the absolute tranquillity.

Inside, you will find a large living room with a TV lounge area, a large dining area, a beautiful kitchen that has been completely renovated, and a toilet.
Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms, two with double beds of 160x200, and two with twin beds of 90x200.
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the other two have en-suite shower rooms.

The grounds are fully fenced and well landscaped, bordering the Esterel massif at the back of the villa. The location is quiet and privileged, ideal for a relaxing stay.
