A shower room accessible from the terrace with WC, washbasin and shower (ideal near the swimming pool). A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200). A bathroom with bath and shower, and WC. And a guest toilet. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely covered terrace with sunblind and dining area with plancha. A lovely swimming pool invites you to relax. The garden is fully enclosed and beautifully planted with trees and flowers. Several cars can be parked in the garden.
